This handsome boy was taken from my village for neutering but I didn’t have the heart to release him back.  He is very nervous, of  course not had kindness in his life until now, but he is not aggressive.  He hisses but I can stroke him and pick him up.  He just needs time to feel secure and comfortable in a home of his own without other cats as he can be unpredictable around them.  Eventually once settled in a home it would be good for him to be able to go outside when he wants but this could be after a year in his home to make sure he feels totally settled and relaxed and bonded with his owner.  So a secure area is needed, no busy roads.
