BARLEY AND HER CUTE PUPS
Needs a forever home
BARLEY DOB: 05/23
PUPS DOB: 03/07/24
MINIMUM ADOPTION FEE 620 POUNDS EACH
I am so happy I saved Barley and her babies from a terrible life. The man who owned Barley, mum, neglected her as he has done many dogs he has owned in the past. She was so terrified of humans because he shouted at her but within 24 hours of coming to my home she is happy and loves a cuddle, although still cautious as expected. I have only had her a few weeks and she is great with the other dogs and constantly wagging her tail.
Pups were born inside a huge rubbish pile in the mans garden and took me 3 weeks of going 3 times a day to get the last puppy out as she kept hiding and I didn’t even know if she was getting the water and food I left as there are cats there too that were eating the food I put even though I was feeding them also. Got the fire service and police involved who did nothing to help, posted everywhere for help to move the rubbish slowly to get to the last puppy, but no help, into the third week I was beginning to give up hope for the puppy as hadn’t heard her cry for days. Mum and the other 4 male pups were safe at my home. Then thankfully a Russian family who hadn’t long moved to the village came over to help and after an hour got her out! So relieved.
All healthy after being worm and flea treated as were covered in fleas. They will be fully vaccinated, microchipped and have their pet passports ready to fly at 15 weeks of age to a new home.
Four boys and 1 girl. Medium size like mum although could be little bigger. Numerous dads from owners who let their dogs run freely.
BARLEY, Mum is cautious as explained above so a home without kids, not because she is aggressive as she isn’t in anyway, she is submissive, but noisy kids could scare her. She would be a very loyal and loving companion to a couple or one person.
