This boy is very special. He is so big and cuddly and handsome. In a new home he will be very shy and scared as he needs time to trust to bond with a new owner but once he does he will be totally devoted to you. Quite home with lots of one one to one with outside access once settled in a quiet area, no busy roads near by. He can live with other cats, but young kitties, confident relaxed kitties.

A very affectionate girl that needs a home without other cats as she really is so unhappy living in my home with other rescue kitties. She loves lots of one to one but needs outside access when she wants in a safe area.

Pointer. Medium size.
This girl came to me from a hunter who didn’t want her any more. She has been kept in a cage all her life and so everything is new and scary to her. First week she was scared of her freedom in the garden, didn’t know what to do, and was afraid of the other dogs but she wanted to make friends with them. In the house she just trembled but by the first time indoors she relaxed on the sofa with me but always cautious. My house is full of rescue cats and she was fine with them, didn’t take much notice and they slept on her!! After a week she has started playing with the other dogs and comes to me easily now for cuddles and attention. She is a submissive dog, that wouldn’t fight back if attacked by another dog, and wouldn’t be aggressive to humans. She is a darling and deserves the best home now she is finally out of a caged life.

Although an older dog Lara is full of life! She loves playing and also loves lots of cuddles and attention. She shares my sanctuary home with other dogs which she has started to play with now she is settled here. Plays with toys and balls but also likes to snuggle with me on the sofa.
She has spent her first 8 years kept by hunters in a cage 24/7 until the day they abandoned her to the streets to starve. When I found her she was like a skeleton and covered in ticks, just standing in the middle of the road. I was driving and pulled over and she instantly came to me, head down but wagging her tail, asking, praying someone would help her which of course I did. She is so loyal and would give so much love to someone in a home of her own with lots of love and attention, that she so deserves.
Although I have put she is good with cats, she would need to be supervised around them. She comes into my home which is full of rescue cats and is fine, but I supervise her and don’t let her wander around. I do not know if she would chase in the garden as she is an ex hunting dog.

Dove is a very chatty cuddly boy but needs a home without other cats as can bully others, he runs up behind them and nips them! Also without small kids as when having a fuss if gets excited or you ignore him he tends to nip you too so small fingers would get hurt. He is has such a big character. Needs outdoor access after settling in period but in a safe area away from busy/main roads as he is not used to them and to avoid hot sun because being pure white he can get his ears and nose burnt easily which leads to cancer.

Both such sweet, adorable, cuddly, playful kittens. Siblings rescued from my village.
Otto is so intelligent for his age and just likes being close and so snuggly. Jaya is a little more reserved but still loves to come and snuggle up next to me in bed and gives me little kisses.

Ivana is such a sweet girl, she will gently rub her nose on yours and give you a little kiss! She is so affectionate and loyal and deserves and needs so much love. She is very confident, friendly and sociable although not interested in sharing her space with other cats, so although could live with them, she would prefer a home without other cats, same as dogs.

Who don’t love a slinky, shiny black cat! Karla has such a huge character, chatty and cheeky! She is nervous of humans after being neglected on the streets but in a quiet home with another one or 2 friendly cats she would soon settle and in time I feel would enjoy a cuddle! Just lost of patience and a safe home as indoor only.

BARLEY DOB: 05/23
PUPS DOB: 03/07/24
MINIMUM ADOPTION FEE 620 POUNDS EACH
I am so happy I saved Barley and her babies from a terrible life. The man who owned Barley, mum, neglected her as he has done many dogs he has owned in the past. She was so terrified of humans because he shouted at her but within 24 hours of coming to my home she is happy and loves a cuddle, although still cautious as expected. I have only had her a few weeks and she is great with the other dogs and constantly wagging her tail.
Pups were born inside a huge rubbish pile in the mans garden and took me 3 weeks of going 3 times a day to get the last puppy out as she kept hiding and I didn’t even know if she was getting the water and food I left as there are cats there too that were eating the food I put even though I was feeding them also. Got the fire service and police involved who did nothing to help, posted everywhere for help to move the rubbish slowly to get to the last puppy, but no help, into the third week I was beginning to give up hope for the puppy as hadn’t heard her cry for days. Mum and the other 4 male pups were safe at my home. Then thankfully a Russian family who hadn’t long moved to the village came over to help and after an hour got her out! So relieved.
All healthy after being worm and flea treated as were covered in fleas. They will be fully vaccinated, microchipped and have their pet passports ready to fly at 15 weeks of age to a new home.
Four boys and 1 girl. Medium size like mum although could be little bigger. Numerous dads from owners who let their dogs run freely.
BARLEY, Mum is cautious as explained above so a home without kids, not because she is aggressive as she isn’t in anyway, she is submissive, but noisy kids could scare her. She would be a very loyal and loving companion to a couple or one person.

Malarkey is the most affectionate, soppy, calm, affectionate, sociable kitty any home would want!! He is just adorable. He was born at my rescue and his siblings were homed last year to the UK but I didn’t put Malarkey up for adoption as he became a therapy cat for one of my neurological rescue cats, but sadly died recently, so feel Malarkey deserves now a home of his own. He needs a home with other cats, one or many, as he is so good around them and also he is great with dogs too. One he can go outside eventually but in a very safe area as he won’t know the dangers of wildlife and traffic.

This handsome boy was taken from my village for neutering but I didn’t have the heart to release him back. He was very nervous, of course not had kindness in his life until now, but within a few months he is like putty in my arms! He is the most soft, cuddliest cat ever! So gentle, non-aggressive, even when he first came to me he never lashed out, that is how I knew he was going to be a lap cat! I can pick him up, snuggle, cuddle and kiss him! He likes to be on my lap and he gives nose and head butts. When he first met my other rescue cats he would charge and try to slap them, but within a week he lives happily alongside them with no issues at all.

Sweet Arnie is living alone on the side of a mountain with no food except what I give him once a day. He lives near my home. I had him neutered some months ago but I can’t bring him to my home as I am already overwhelmed with cats needing homes and I have serious health issues now so need to home all asap. I want to home Arnie as I won’t be there for him forever and without me he will starve to death.
He needs a home without other cats as he lives alone so not sure how he would be. I would prepare all his vaccines and pet passport for him to travel to his furever home in the UK/EU. Just an adoption fee needed to help, see adoption page info.

Handsome black cat Laurel is in danger where he is at the bottom of my road. I have been feeding him for years, he relies solely on me to live here in the mountains. Sadly his best friend Hardy disappeared recently and I fear something bad happened to him as he was always waiting for me. I don’t want the same fate for Laurel so need a home for him Urgently. He is a little shy until he trusts you so a quiet home with no kids, another gentle kitty would be ideal for him to bond with. He deserves so much love and security.

Albany DOB: 04/22
Cashew DOB: 2021
Albany is a very cheeky playful girl but she loves to snuggle up with Cashew and they like to groom each other. Albany will be shy to start as needs to trust you, so lots of one to one and she will soon love the cuddles!
Cashew will bond quite quickly but is nervous of strangers and takes him few days to trust and bond. He is such a cuddly, intelligent, loving boy. When he was brought to us he had been hit by a car and could not use his back legs or tail. All tests done showed no damage and to await recovery. Within a month he was walking as if nothing had happened, just bruised nerves!! So because of his lack of knowing dangers but also would like to go outside we will only allow adoption to be in a home with a cat proof garden so have safe outside access.
Would eventually be ok with kids but better older kids so a more quiet home so they settle quicker.
