Pretty Philly

Philly is so sociable and sweet.  She is just adorable.  She has a sweet little chatter to welcome you and loves her belly rubbed, she is so affectionate.  She does not interact with other cats but can live with them as long as she don’t get bullied and gets all the cuddle she so wants and deserves.
